Compositions/Works for Sale
The music of Gary Ruschman has been called "soulful" (St. Paul Pioneer Press), "stirring" (Opera News), and "rousing" (American Record Guide).
He is a 2016-17 recipient of a Faith Partners residency
from American Composers Forum and the Otto Bremer Trust.
Gary's compositions and arrangements have been recorded by Cantus and the South Dakota Chorale, and recently premiered by The Dream Songs Project, Lumina, Artemis, Wartburg College, San Francisco's Resound Ensemble, St. Michael's Choir School in Toronto, and the Oregon State Meistersingers. His children's opera Nice Mice and Friendly Frogs
was produced in the summer of 2015 by Minnesota Opera and the Nobles County Integration Collaborative of Worthington, MN.
